Thanks so much for joining us yesterday for the Yoga & Meditation session. It was a pleasure to work with all of you from the CHAARG Club at Salisbury University. I really enjoyed the time with you.
I wanted to send you an invitation to join our Meditation Group on Wednesday nights via Zoom. Here are the details:
- Wednesdays at 6 pm
- No meditation experience or knowledge necessary
- Feel free to join without video – many people just get comfortable and listen
- We generally do four guided meditations per session
- These sessions are offered freely – donations are welcome
- You’ll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated
- Stay as long or as short as you like – it’s also fine to join late
