We are in an era of uncertainty and, as such, it seems the mind is becoming more and more active. My mind wants to know what is coming next, how to move forward, why these things are happening, what to do about it…
This week we will focus on grounding ourselves: taking support from the earth and coming out of the mind and into the body. In some ways we are being asked to “hold space” for ourselves. That is, just being with the feelings, emotions, questions and thoughts, allowing them without attempting to answer, resolve or push away everything which is happening.
One of my favorite current mantras is,
“I trust.
I believe.
I receive.”
