HAPPY DECEMBER! Crazy how time is seeming to speed up right now, isn't it? I know my mind is weary and struggling to keep up with the rapidly shifting energy surrounding and engulfing us. It's like we are all in a fast moving current, being swept up and carried along.
I am learning more and more to surrender. My spiritual practices these days are all about trusting spirit/Higher Self/God/Universe, whatever name resonates most with you.
