This quote from Hafiz is so magnificent: "Change rooms in your mind for a day..." I love this idea so much, I created a meditation around it. Join us this week to explore this fun concept. It's amazing what a difference a little shift in mindset can accomplish.
Speaking of mindset, we'll also do a Gratitude Meditation in honor of Thanksgiving. An attitude of gratitude creates abundance in our lives. One of the basic yogic precepts is "Energy follows attention." Whatever we focus on in our minds gains more energy in our lives.
We will finish with a very
