This week our Meditation Groups turn into self-care sessions. Relax, Renew and Refresh with us before your holiday season kicks off on Thursday. I am excited to share my favorite practices with you.
Tuesday at 12 pm ET, we will do a 30 minute Yoga Nidra, perfect for a lunch break at the office or at home. If you're not able to lie down, no worries, get comfy in a chair.
Wednesday at 6 pm, break out all of your blankets and pillows to get really cozy. We'll
begin with Guided Breathwork, then transition into Legs up the Chair. The dessert is a yummy and deep Yoga Nidra session. You deserve some pampering!
