Yoga Nidra 30 Minutes
This is a recording from
last Tuesday's Meditation Group. It's recommended that you lie down on your bed, a couch or a yoga mat. Gather all of the props you need to get really, really comfortable. The more supported and cradled you feel, the deeper your practice will be.
1) Perhaps several pillows or a couch
cushion to place under your knees to release the lower back.
2) Blankets to be warm and to feel safe.
3) A small pillow to support your head and neck and an eye covering - I often just fold a wash cloth.
4) This is sort of like the Princess & the Pea - be really picky and find what feels best for you!
