This week we will continue the process of tending and befriending ourselves, of taking good care of ourselves. We will practice landing in this moment. So much more can be accomplished if we learn and practice not to allow worries about the future and regrets concerning the past to dominate our thoughts. This practice of tuning in and becoming more aware can change our lives.
Resting in our senses is one way to continuously return to the present moment, where, most of the time, there is not a problem. Our senses are never in the past or the future, they are always in this moment.
One of our most powerful senses is sound. We will explore resting in the field of sound and even using sounds to help soothe and clear our minds.
Mantra is a Sanskrit word which means "to liberate one's mind," and Bija means "seed." So Bija Mantras are seeds which initiate the liberation
of the mind (from worry.)
These sounds are thought to have the power to create great transformative growth and expansion in humans at the physical, emotional and spiritual levels.
Quantum physics also tells us that sonar waves break up obstructions, so chanting or humming can be very powerful in restoring energetic pathways. Join us to experience!
