Our breath always has the power to soothe and heal us in every moment of our lives. Our task is to remember and utilize this quality when we need it. This week we will practice deep healing breathing.
In addition to calming the mind, the breath is instrumental in
improving digestion. In fact, the breath, in sending a message to the vagus nerve, improves the function of every system in the body. Let's practice this healing power together.
