To celebrate Valentine's Day, we will practice Loving Kindness Meditation. This
practice always begins with ourselves, as the Buddha said, "If your compassion doesn't include yourself, it is incomplete."
Try it for yourself - repeat the words in the heart above to yourself, silently, or out loud. Breathe gently in and out of your heart. If you find it difficult or inauthentic to say those words to
yourself, you might imagine someone you love saying them to you. Happy exploring! We'll support each other in this practice.
