It's exactly the antidote to all of the holiday
rush - a chance to pause from the madness and celebrate the rhythms of nature...
I recommend you have on hand:
1) four bed pillows, if you have them. If not, just gather as many pillows as you
can.
2) blankets to be warm. If you don't have a lot of pillows, take some blankets and fold them to approximate bed pillows.
3) a soft surface to lie on. You may lie on your bed, a couch or a yoga mat if you prefer. If you don't want to lie down, you can do
the practice sitting as well.
