Just a quick update on what you will want to have on hand for tonight's Restorative Yoga Practice. Please read below:
I recommend you have on hand:
1) four bed pillows, if you have them. If not, just gather as many pillows as you can.
2) a soft belt you can tie, such as the belt of a robe
3) blankets to be warm. If you don't
have a lot of pillows, take some blankets and fold them to approximate bed pillows.
4) a soft surface to lie on. You may lie on your bed or a yoga mat or blanket on the floor. If you don't want to lie down, you can do the practice sitting as well.
