During this
time of massive change, globally, individually, collectively, we need to remember that we are also changing. Spring itself is a transitional season. The energy of Spring is intensely rigorous; a bursting energy of growth and expansion. This very intense energy can be ungrounding in itself. Think of the energy, the power, that’s needed for a seed to crack open and then begin to push through the earth to grow up toward the light…
So this week we will again remember some grounding practices and meditations. Let's take inspiration from the solidity, the presence, of the mountains.
