We spend so much of our energy wishing for things to be different. In this conflicted, rapidly changing world we are in, it's hard
not to live under a cloud of doom. Yet by doing so, we are not helping anyone while making ourselves miserable in the process. This week in our meditation groups, we'll explore ways to bring more compassion, peace and joy into our own lives and thus into the world as well.
The practice
of meditation is always the practice of reminding ourselves of the peace which lies at our essence. Join us to make peace with yourself, spreading that peace exponentially into the world.
