I just wanted to take a moment to invite you to our Fall Equinox Celebration next Thursday at 7 pm. We plan to gather around a bonfire in my back yard with tea or wine and snacks.

This will be a wonderful occasion to connect with like minded individuals. Some community building, some meditations and seasonal releasing practices.  Join us for this fun evening topped with practices designed to heal, energize and soothe, all at the same time. We need each other more than ever - come hang out with us! If the cost is prohibitive, please join as my guest.
