We’ve practiced techniques to soothe the nervous system, such as the “voo breath” and many others. I find the most soothing and calming meditation of all is Yoga Nidra. I seriously do Yoga Nidra every single day. So this week, in our Meditation Groups, Yoga Nidra will be featured.
Yoga Nidra is a mindfulness meditation practice which uses simple body, breath, and awareness practices to access the deepest brain wave states where profound rejuvenation and healing occur. Through Yoga Nidra, we begin to access an indestructible inner resource of strength, calm and ease that is always available to us at every moment in time. The more time we spend experiencing this,
the more our lives begin to reflect a greater sense of peace and joy.
