To assist us all in living with these incredibly intense energies of 2024, we’ll continue to remind ourselves of all of the tools we have.
We’ll continue to practice various techniques to soothe the nervous system, including the “voo breath,” chanting, and BRFWA.
BRFWA, or Breathe, Relax, Feel, Watch & Allow is one of the hallmarks of Kripalu Yoga. I think it’s
ultimately a tool to help us return to the present moment whenever we remember, throughout our days. Very simply, going through each step, brings us back into this moment. Again and again.
Breathe. Relax Consciously. Feel What is Happening right now. Watch. Your reactions. Sensations. What whatever arises. And Allow. Don't push anything
away.
This is basically the message for 2024.
"I live in love and light and peace."
Because whatever you pay attention to, grows in your life and in the world.
