This week we will continue learning and practicing skills which we can bring into our daily lives. Of course it isn’t always possible to feel bright or joyful—and we should never force ourselves into feeling any particular way. Rather, we  turn to our meditation practice to help us release tension, which, in turn, helps us to open up in subtle ways that promote healing - for ourselves and for our world.

Think of yourself as a small island of coherence – together with a group of like minded people, you magnify the power of the group exponentially to create more coherence to pour into this vast sea of chaos to create a more beautiful future for us all.
