We all need to lean into our tools at this moment in time. It's a hard time for most folks. So much shifting, changing, evolving - it's all good, but often doesn't feel peaceful. I'm finding that I'm doubling down on meditation, especially mantra and Loving Kindness Meditation.
We are creating our reality in each moment of our lives.
You might try building one, or two, or three mantras and repeat them whenever you remember.
