Meditation for World Peace Sundays at 2 pm ET
For several months I have been participating in the Meditation for World Peace which astrologer and sage Pam
Gregory has organized. Pam suggests that everyone across the world come together at 2 pm ET every Sunday to help spread the vibration of peace across the world.
Her suggestion is to visualize what peace looks like for you; to visualize people coming together, holding hands, celebrating, dancing to create more and more peace in our world.
I have valiantly participated and done my best to “visualize peace.” Since visualization is not something which comes easily to me, I have struggled each week. Last Sunday, it finally occurred to me that using a mantra, repeating a word or phrase, would make my participation much easier, more effective and more enjoyable.
So now, I simply repeat, “May All Beings Find Peace,” gently and softly throughout the 15 minutes of meditation. All of a sudden, I FEEL the peace and am able to spread peace easily.
What works best for you? It doesn’t have to look like other people’s meditation! Simply
