I had a hard time sending out this email, because I'm up in my head about what's happening in the world. My predominant emotion today seems to be "disgruntled." I actually sat down to write a meditation entitled "Disgruntled" and found that I already did this about a year
ago. Must be a trend. So that's what we'll do this week.
We'll practice flowing like water. We'll embody all of the qualities of water: fluid, yielding, enveloping, flowing around.
Every week, we
use all of our tools to help us cope with the craziness which seems to be all around us and even inside our own minds. It's a lot and we all need extra help right now.
Our meditation practices help us to remember who we really are at our essence, at our core. We practice meditation in order to get better at living life. Come practice with
