In these times of huge upheaval in the world around us, one of the most therapeutic things we can do is to connect to nature. Hear birdsong in the morning, feel soft grass on your feet, connect to all of nature, listen to the animals. Become one with plants and trees, flowers and wild
animals. What's your favorite way to be in nature?
This week in our Meditation Group, we will do some very grounding Walking Meditation. If it works for you, you might join from outside and walk barefoot in the grass. Join us to feel more grounded and supported - we all need that these days.
