Since we are all running on our last nerve, this week in our Wednesday 6 pm session, we will do a full Yoga Nidra practice. If you're planning on joining, have a comfortable space to lie down ready, if you want. Of course you are also welcome to just be in your most comfortable chair or in
any position you like.
For the Tuesday 12 pm ET we'll do some deeply soothing meditations, including a body scan. Come join us if you're feeling the need for some loving kindness for yourself!
My son, Sam, decided we all need some joy right now so decorated our yard for Christmas on Halloween night, lol!
