This week we will revisit the practice of Metta, or Loving Kindness Meditation. Loving Kindness is the simple and clear intention of good will towards ourselves and all others. Metta is a quality of heart that embraces life without conflict --a deep friendship with life and with oneself.

Developing a sense of connectedness with others and overcoming selfishness, while still fully loving ourselves, is the essence of the spiritual path. Come practice with us.
