We'll continue our journey with some grounding meditations and quotes this week, as well as one by Thich Nhat Hanh called "Thinking Less." Leave it to this master teacher to give us instructions on how not to live in the pesky, repetitive thoughts churning through our brains constantly!
We'll also revisit a Gratitude Meditation. Yes, even now, adopting an attitude of gratitude can be immensely helpful. Always. Join us!
