Our first in person Meditation Group in five years was really amazing last Wednesday! For those of you who were able to make it, thank you so much for your presence, your participation and your love. It was truly amazing for me.
We will revisit classic Loving Kindness Meditation - getting back to basics to create magic for us all. Join us, either virtually or in person, to create more love and peace in our world. We are making a difference, for ourselves and for each other.

And may I be happy.
Repeat as needed. Often.
