The new moon solar eclipse this Saturday heralds an exciting time of new beginnings and transformation. The energies leading up to this weekend may be particularly intense. Let's pause to embrace these potent energies and fresh possibilities coming in at this time. If you're feeling the intensity, spending time in nature, meditating, journaling, listening to music, whatever soothes, calms and grounds you,  are highly recommended. 

Please join us this week as we continue our exploration into what sustains us right now. What keeps you going? It's not the endless litany of horrors which are being perpetrated against us. What keeps us all going right now is the love, peace and joy we each create. In our own little corner of the world. The fact that, amidst ugliness, hate, and division, we are still able to cultivate beauty and joy.
