Thanks so much for everyone who came out to our Wednesday Meditation Group & Support last night! Truly a magical gathering - I am so grateful for you
all.
Here are some of the resources I promised you.
- The words to the Walking Meditation were just:
Lift, Move,
Place.
Just to keep the mind occupied. Play with that as well - as I told you last night, if I'm feeling down in the muck, I might just move faster and say, Lift, Lift, Lift. Or if I'm up in the ethers somewhere, too much in my mind, I might just walk slower and say, "Place. Place. Place."
2. Don't forget, if you get a chance, Pause at 2 pm any day you remember to join the world in wishing peace & healing for us all. This is the 15 Peace Meditation which astronomer Pam Gregory has organized - no Zoom link, no set words or images. Just send peace to our planet, to us all, in whatever way feels authentic to you. Sundays at 7 pm. This is 2 pm ET (our time) and the meditation is now every day at 2 pm ET. Even if you pause and send your intention to join for just one minute, we together make a difference.
