Right now, pause to just
Breathe. Feel this breath.
Pause to Relax, just a little more. Relax fingers, toes, tongue.
Pause to Feel. Feel everything your are aware right now.
Pause to Watch. Watch Fluctuations of your Mind, your Thoughts. Observe your Emotions. What all are you aware of in this moment?
Become the Witness, instead of the Doer.
And, finally, pause to Allow. Allow everything
which you're Aware of in this moment.
This is a circular practice. Begin again.
