Today we celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Let's use some of the beautiful and timeless words and energy of Dr. King to bring more peace and ease into our world weary bones. I know I could use that.

We'll also include the ancient practice of Metta, or Lovingkindness. Together, we are making a difference - for ourselves and for our world. Come join us!
