I've been thinking of the Thich Nhat Hanh quote: "It's important to remember that we all carry the habit energy of struggling." I feel like I am struggling a
lot these days. How about you? I think that's why we come together every week, to help ease our troubled minds and find community to support us all in this huge transition we are in.
So we'll do some meditations to help us remember that we don't have to work so hard. Developing the habit energy of resting, instead of struggling. Join us!
