I'm so excited that you expressed interest in joining us on Wednesday evenings for our Meditation & Support Group. I look forward to your joining us! This group is kind of a "love project" for me, as I feel we all need support right now, as well as tools to deal with everything which is happening in our world. 

This group is open to anyone who would like to join - no meditation experience is necessary at all. Each evening, we will do three guided meditations, with a chance to comment and interact in between. I know it takes a lot of courage to come out to join a group such as this - please know that most of us feel the exact same way. Join us - you'll be so glad you did.

Please come - The address is 908 Riverside Drive, Salisbury. It's a beige colored ranch home on the corner of North Pinehurst and Riverside Drive. We have a peace flag by the front door and  some Christmas reindeer in the front yard - you can't miss it. Just come in the front door - we begin promptly at 6 pm.
