Hi, ,
The most important part of meditation is that we REMEMBER to practice. Over many years of study, I have learned innumerable techniques to soothe my nervous
system. These techniques are absolutely useless, however, unless I remember to practice them, lol.
Some yogis at Kripalu, my spiritual home, developed an easy way to remember to use the skills of Mindfulness in the moments we need them the most. These skills are summed up in the acronym BRFWA: Breathe, Relax, Feel, Watch & Allow.
Come practice with us this week. We'll also revisit another beautiful meditation by Thich Nhat Hanh. Please join!
