In these times of huge turmoil and unrest, it seems almost impossible to cultivate peace within our own hearts and minds. However, it is this very act of pursuing peace within ourselves which will aid in transforming the world we live in.

What we do in our own lives influences the world we live in. By cultivating love, kindness and peace in our own hearts, we are spreading peace, love and light on to our planet and for each other. And our planet sorely needs this right now. Let's practice.
