Our lives these days tend to feel out of control, kind of like the massive waves in the photo above. This week we will focus on grounding ourselves; taking support from the earth, coming out of the mind and into the body. We will practice “holding space” for ourselves. That is, being with the range and intensity of feelings,
emotions, questions and thoughts. We'll practice riding the waves without attempting to answer, resolve or push away all of the questions or issues which are coming up.
