"Collective Energy Update by Zachary Fisher
Right now feels like that moment when you finally stop and realize how tired you actually are. Not just physically, but deep tired. The kind that
comes from holding yourself together for a long time. From being the strong one. From adapting. From pushing through things you never really had space to feel.
A lot of people are moving through their days just fine on the outside, but inside there’s a quiet realization forming. A sense that you can’t keep doing things the same way anymore. Not out of anger or
drama, just honesty. Something in you knows it’s time to live differently.
You might feel slower right now. Less talkative. Less interested in explaining yourself or keeping up appearances. Emotions may surface without a clear story attached to them, or you may feel numb and want things to be simple for a while. None of that means you’re disconnected. It means
you’re listening.
Old ways of coping are wearing off. Old roles you stepped into to survive are loosening their grip. When that happens, there’s often a pause. An in-between space where the old no longer fits and the new hasn’t fully arrived yet. That space can feel uncomfortable if you’re used to always moving forward.
You don’t need to figure anything out right now. This is a time to go gently. Drink water. Get outside. Rest when you can. Sit with yourself without distraction if it feels right. Let your body catch up to what your heart already knows.
You’re not
lost. You’re just no longer willing to abandon yourself. And that’s a real turning point."
