Here's one you can use on your own. Legs up the chair is one of my favorite soothing practices. So simple, yet incredibly powerful. This pose relieves anxiety, enhances digestion and circulation, relieves low back pain and helps you sleep and much more.
You can lie on a yoga mat, the floor or a comfy blanket. If lying on the floor is not an option for you, please know you can bring a folding chair or several thick couch cushions or pillows on to your bed and practice comfortably in your bed.
