I'm not suggesting you discontinue all of your medications or stop seeing your doctor. Of course not. The suggestion it to supplement whatever you're doing which already works for you. What do you think? Might it be worth a try?
That's a serious question: I'd love to hear your feedback. I know for myself, I would not be able to survive or be sane without meditation and yoga in my life. How about you? What is working for you?
