I hope you had a pleasant and enjoyable Thanksgiving celebration! Of course, it is a rough year as we are all building our new traditions and adjusting to this "new normal."
This week in our Meditation Groups I will share some more tips on coping and helping to make your current life more enjoyable. There is much research in brain science which can help us all live with more ease and peace. We will do some soothing guided meditations to calm the overactive mind.
