Wishing you and yours all the best of this season. I hope you are taking breathing and meditation pauses throughout your celebrations. Thank you all for your many wishes to enjoy my holidays - I
appreciate each and every one of you immensely.
This year we are changing everything in our lives, aren't we? Some of the changes are also positive and even joyful.
Tonight at 6 pm, we will continue our endeavor to remember the tools of using the breath and meditation to "make space" in our busy minds. I find taking these pauses to be truly magical.
