Are you still using the little beds for your worries, thoughts, and concerns? I'd love to hear feedback on this soothing practice. I am finding I'm coming back to this practice myself - when my mind starts to get really busy, I remember to make little beds for everyone and get on with my day much more peacefully!
Through the holidays, we will still meet on Wednesdays - Dec. 23rd and 30th - at 6 pm, so I hope you will join us then. I wanted to give you a heads up that the Thursday noon meditation will be discontinued through the holidays, but will resume in January. Thanks for your support and understanding!
During these holiday sessions, we will get even more gentle and nurturing with our practices. I plan to even include really soothing Yoga Nidras to help us all rejoice in peace and ease.
