Hi ,
This week I am finding it helpful to pause and remember there are many, many people feeling nervous, apprehensive, anxious, just like me. The guided meditation above has been valuable to me in remembering our connection and support.
I hope that you are able to pause and breathe throughout your day, your week, this moment. I had considered cancelling the Meditation Group on Wednesday evening this week, as it is Inauguration Day.
However, I have decided to proceed as scheduled and offer us all a safe space for reflection and community. Hope to see many of you there.
