Hope you can join us today or tomorrow for one of our Meditation Groups. I am finding our groups really helpful in my life. Thank you, all!
I plan to do another meditation from "The Book of Joy," by the Dalai Lama and Bishop Desmond Tutu, to help us return to fostering joy in our lives. Additionally, I'm planning to include a Breath Meditation by Thich Nhat Hanh.
