This week we will explore Mindfulness Meditation and the ways this type of meditation can be practiced and integrated into our lives. Mindfulness is such a buzzword - we'll discuss how the practice of moving through life with more awareness and attention to the present moment can be helpful and even soothing to us all.

You don't need to know anything about meditation to join! All of the sessions are completely guided. Additionally, there is not a requirement to sit still - you can turn off your video and be moving or even lying down through the entire session.
