Have you ever noticed the constant dialogue in your mind? The mind is always stating preferences: I like this, this is terrible, you shouldn’t think this, he shouldn’t do that… Do you relate?
Is there a way to quiet this chatter? Have you tried? Often it feels impossible to escape the internal noise.
Instead of attempting to still the mind, it is often more skillful to offer the mind an alternative. Giving the mind a task to focus on. This is the realm of meditation.
In our Meditation Groups this week, we will explore the power of mantra in easing the troubled mind.

You don't need to know anything about meditation to join! All of the sessions are completely guided. Additionally, there is not a requirement to sit still - you can turn off your video and be moving or even lying down through the entire session.
