Hi ,
It feels like Spring, doesn't it? There seems to be a wind of hope and joy in the air - I hope you're feeling it too! If you're feeling something completely different, know that's ok too. The practice is to be with and allow whatever is present.
One of my yoga teacher friends recently shared these words with me:
"...about thoughts: we seem to consume them and they consume us. My thoughts take up all of the room inside sometimes, because the whole body responds to the mind and the mind responds to the body.
It's a dance between relaxing the body and relaxing the mind so they can become a better influence on each other..."
Beautiful visual, right? So we'll be exploring this dance of interaction this week in our groups.
