Hi ,
The Spring Equinox is this Saturday! I noticed the faint purple buds of new leaves on the trees in my backyard - nature is waking up and coming out of hibernation. As we humans follow suit, you may also notice feeling a little ungrounded or unsettled. As we are beginning to move toward our new normal, I am finding the need to reconnect to my tools to calm, soothe and reassure the
searching mind.
So this week in our meditation groups, we will explore some mantra meditation, as well as practicing being mindful and aware of everything which is changing, blossoming and evolving. Becoming aware of resistance or doubt which is keeping us struggling, rather than trusting that everything is evolving just the way it is meant to.
These practices will help us to feel less flighty as we remember the support which is always available to us. Join us, if you are able!
