As the world is opening back up and things seem to be moving faster and faster, how are you taking care of yourself? Are you experiencing the urge to run out and join in? Or is there a part of you that wants to isolate, to stay quiet? Perhaps you’re feeling a sense that you’re still digesting all of the changes, all of the events we have been through over the past 15 months.

Being with, even allowing and welcoming all of those urges is the realm of meditation. Meditation allows us to process, to digest. Digestion is vital: not just digestion of food, but digestion of information, thoughts, feelings and emotions. Anything that’s undigested often rests heavily in your belly or your heart.
Our breath is always with us, always nourishing us, and even connecting us. We are more connected with each other and with the world, than we know. Our breath is also our medium to helps us digest so that we can grow, move and flourish in the new normal.
This week in our Meditation Groups, we will practice tools to help us digest and be with everything that’s arising inside.
No experience necessary – come as you are!
