Have you ever tried to stop thinking? It’s impossible, right?! So often the instruction to “quiet the mind,” or “clear the mind,” has the opposite result – the mind becomes even more active .
This week in our Mediation Groups we will explore various avenues to come out of the habitual patterns of the mind, creating more spaciousness, ease and peace. The best part is that we will practice tools you can use again and again, on your own.
No experience necessary – come as you are!
