Emotions rise and fall constantly, like waves. When we feel “stuck” in an emotion, it’s because of the stories the mind is spinning about that emotion.
I don’t know about you, but my mind loves to spin the story of “Nothing will ever change. I will feel this way forever. This is who I am.”
This week we will practice returning to the present moment over and over again. Present moment awareness helps to bring us out of the stories of the mind. Come create more peace of mind with us!
