How do you talk to yourself? If we really listen to the endless chattering in the mind, many of us will find that we’re not very kind and accepting of ourselves, under the mistaken assumption that this will motivate us to do better. How’s that working for you?
Self-compassion is simply giving the same kindness to ourselves that we would give to others. This week we will do some meditations and releases on self compassion. Join us and change how you feel!
